‘HANDS ON’ COOKING CLASSES
Join Executive Chef Phillip Collis and his team and experience the entertaining Hunter Valley Cooking School in their purpose built Cooking School Kitchen with Library.
This is a hands on class and all dishes are cooked from scratch using local organic produce. Recipes are provided and the dishes cooked are eaten for either lunch or dinner.
This lunch or dinner experience usually consists of a three course lunch with an additional course of Binnorie Cheese for the cheese factory opposite the resort.

Dishes chosen and Recipe formulated. Group to cook dishes with Phillip Collis assisting
1.00pm – ENJOY THREE-COURSE LUNCH
2.30pm – CLASS FINISHES…
