Hunter Valley Wedding Reception Venue
There are two venues for your wedding, The Hermitage and The Winemakers Room. Please click here to see the room
Entry to The Hermitage is via a beautiful wooden bridge over a dam with running
water... perfect for the Wedding Ceremony, or photographs.
The main function area seats up to 200 guests (Minimum food charge on a Saturday). There is a huge open fireplace, terracotta floors, large bar area, and the facility is fully air-conditioned and heated.
The Winemakers Room can seat up to 60 guests. Or 40 guests with a dance floor. This venue is also air-conditioned and heated.
There is a standard $500.00 room hire charge, for 5 hours from the time you are seated for your function.
There is also an additional fee of $300.00 per hour should you require overtime.
Room Set up
All tables and linen are included in the costing. And of course, tablecloths and napkins are damask linen.
The tables can be of square configuration and seat either 8 or 10 guests.
If you prefer, we can arrange round tables for either 8 or 10 guests ($45.00 each).
Waiter service is included, as is cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cake knife.
Flower arrangements are an additional charge.
